CHAIRMAN
Dr. Adrian Cheng is a visionary business leader and cultural entrepreneur, serving as Founder and Executive Chairman of ALMAD Group.
Dr. Cheng has led a journey of business innovation with remarkable track records across industries. Founding K11 in 2008, he pioneered the world’s first cultural commerce model that seamlessly integrates art, design, and retail. He also stands at the forefront of innovation by providing early-stage funding to empower tech start-ups, helping them design novel solutions and achieve commercial success.
As a community leader, Dr. Cheng is committed to Creating Shared Value with society and founded The WEMP Foundation, which supports children's mental well-being. Widely recognized for his multi-sectoral leadership, Dr. Cheng has been appointed to influential public positions in Hong Kong and beyond.
Through his vision and investment, Dr. Cheng will bring decades of international leadership experience and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems to guide Crisp Momentum Inc.’s global growth and brand strategy.
Clive Ng
VICE CHAIRMAN
Clive Ng brings over 35 years of strategic and management experience in Asian markets. He was instrumental in securing joint venture partnerships between Pacific Media (LSE: PCM) and United Artists Theatres (renamed Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC)) and Television Broadcasts (TVB) of Hong Kong. He was Co-CEO of United International Asia Holdings, a partnership between United International Holdings Inc. (UIH) (since renamed Liberty Global, NASDAQ: LBTYA) and his family, a US cable company, to enter the Asian market. He also was the CEO of Pacific Media PLC (LSE: PCM) a home shopping company and initiated the purchase of TV Media from H&Q Asia Pacific and built the company to over US$450 mm in market capitalization.
Mr. Ng has many years of experience with internet start-ups and e-commerce companies in Asia. He was Chairman and founder of Asiacontent, (NASDAQ:IASIA), one of the first Asian internet companies to list in the US that was the joint venture partner of NBCi, MTVi, C-NET, CBS Sportsline and DoubleClick in Asia. He is also a founding shareholder of MTV Japan, with H&Q Asia Pacific and MTV Networks (a division of Viacom Inc.). He was Chairman of China Broadband Limited (since renamed to You On Demand (NASDAQ: YOD)) from 2007 – 2010 and Chairman of China Cablecom Limited (CABL) from 2008 to 2012. He served as a Senior Advisor to Warner Music Group Inc. (NYSE: WMG).
He is presently CoFounding Partner of C Capital, a global investment fund focusing on media, tech, fashion and lifestyle companies and brands focused on connection and community. He is also presently a Board Member of Swiss based Highlight Event and Entertainment AG (HLEE).
Ana Rita Coelho
INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & DIRECTOR
Ana Rita Coelho brings extensive international experience in corporate operations, governance, cross-border transactions and strategic execution. Throughout her career, she has coordinated complex corporate projects across different jurisdictions and worked closely with executive leadership, legal counsel, financial institutions and international investors.
Since joining Crisp Momentum, Ms. Coelho has played a central role in the Company's corporate operations, governance, SEC reporting processes, financing transactions and strategic initiatives. She was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2026, to lead the Company's day-to-day operations while working closely with the Board to execute Crisp Momentum's long-term growth strategy and strengthen its corporate governance framework.
Brian McConville
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Brian McConville was appointed as an Independent Director on July 1 , 2026. He is a senior level executive with 30 years’ experience in Finance, Technology, and Media. Mr. McConville has served in executive roles as chief executive officer, president, and vice chairman in areas including artificial intelligence, cloud-based technology, and media.
He was also a managing principal in a U.S. based holding company focused on management of positions in listed European companies. Mr. McConville was president, and board member of Collectrium, LLC, which was successfully sold to Christies Auction House in 2015. He is also an avid art collector, with a focus on Asian Contemporary work.
Mariana Mourawad
DIRECTOR
Mariana Mourawad brings significant experience in legal strategy, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and business-focused corporate support. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align legal frameworks with corporate objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic execution.
Ms. Mourawad has also led key initiatives involving the implementation of electronic signature platforms, document automation, and data protection compliance, strengthening legal risk management and improving operational performance across functions. She combines a strong legal background with a practical, strategic perspective and a demonstrated interest in innovation, technology, and business development. Ms. Mourawad holds a law degree and completed graduate studies in Business Administration. She was appointed as a Director on July 1, 2026.
