Dr. Adrian Cheng is a visionary business leader and cultural entrepreneur, serving as Founder and Executive Chairman of ALMAD Group.
Dr. Cheng has led a journey of business innovation with remarkable track records across industries. Founding K11 in 2008, he pioneered the world’s first cultural commerce model that seamlessly integrates art, design, and retail. He also stands at the forefront of innovation by providing early-stage funding to empower tech start-ups, helping them design novel solutions and achieve commercial success.
As a community leader, Dr. Cheng is committed to Creating Shared Value with society and founded The WEMP Foundation, which supports children's mental well-being. Widely recognized for his multi-sectoral leadership, Dr. Cheng has been appointed to influential public positions in Hong Kong and beyond.

Clive Ng
MEMBER OF THE BOARD
Clive Ng brings over 35 years of strategic and management experience in Asian markets. He was instrumental in securing joint venture partnerships between Pacific Media (LSE: PCM) and United Artists Theatres (renamed Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC)) and Television Broadcasts (TVB) of Hong Kong. He was Co-CEO of United International Asia Holdings, a partnership between United International Holdings Inc. (UIH) (since renamed Liberty Global, NASDAQ: LBTYA) and his family, a US cable company, to enter the Asian market. He also was the CEO of Pacific Media PLC (LSE: PCM) a home shopping company and initiated the purchase of TV Media from H&Q Asia Pacific and built the company to over US$450 mm in market capitalization.
Mr. Ng has many years of experience with internet start-ups and e-commerce companies in Asia. He was Chairman and founder of Asiacontent, (NASDAQ:IASIA), one of the first Asian internet companies to list in the US that was the joint venture partner of NBCi, MTVi, C-NET, CBS Sportsline and DoubleClick in Asia. He is also a founding shareholder of MTV Japan, with H&Q Asia Pacific and MTV Networks (a division of Viacom Inc.). He was Chairman of China Broadband Limited (since renamed to You On Demand (NASDAQ: YOD)) from 2007 – 2010 and Chairman of China Cablecom Limited (CABL) from 2008 to 2012. He served as a Senior Advisor to Warner Music Group Inc. (NYSE: WMG).
He is presently CoFounding Partner of C Capital, a global investment fund focusing on media, tech, fashion and lifestyle companies and brands focused on connection and community. He is also presently a Board Member of Swiss based Highlight Event and Entertainment AG (HLEE).
Renger Van den Heuvel
CEO
Renger Van den Heuvel is an experienced entrepreneur with experience in the publishing, media and entertainment world. Mr. Van den Heuvel graduated from Radboud University in Nijmegen in 1989 with a thesis on copyright and software. He then developed a career in publishing and worked, among others, for Reed Elsevier (now RELX) and Independent Media (Sanoma).
As communications strategist at Vdbj (part of McCann Erickson), he advised several Dutch multinationals (including Rabobank). Recently, he co-developed brands in the art world, including viennacontemporary, SPARK Art Fair Vienna and STAGE Bregenz.
